About The Position

TruBlue of North Idaho is a home services company dedicated to providing value and peace-of-mind to our customers. Our mission is to be the most professional property improvement service available, providing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upgrades for our clientele. This role serves as an assistant to Field Technicians, offering the opportunity to learn different trades and potentially be promoted to a Field Technician position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience in the trades industry.
• Aspires to grow professionally.
• Willing to dedicate the hours needed to complete the job above satisfaction.
• Physically and mentally capable of handyperson duties.
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
• Reliable transportation, preferably a truck in good condition.
• Own your own tools and know how to use them.
• Treat people with respect and expect the same in return.
• Strong work ethic and take pride in your work.
• Passionate about what you do and enjoy helping people.
• Reliable; Honest; Ethical and Trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an assistant to Field Technicians, learning different trades.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upgrades for clients.
• Interact with customers and build their confidence.
• Offer a checklist of other repairs and services provided by the company.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Be coached for development with other handyman technicians.
