About The Position
The Assistant Field Hockey Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the field hockey program. This includes assisting with coaching, player development, team management, and program operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant coaching experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using SportsCode and performing video analysis.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Division I collegiate playing or coaching experience.
- Knowledge or previous experiences with organizing and planning team fundraising events, clinics, and alumni engagement events.
