About The Position
The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) at the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager. This role involves managing a year-round aquatic facility, fostering community relationships, daily patron interaction, and supporting dynamic programming. The Assistant Facility Manager will report to the General Manager and collaborate with other assistant managers, while also overseeing customer service representatives and lifeguards. The Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center is a comprehensive facility featuring a World Aquatics-compliant 50-meter competition pool, a leisure pool with various amenities, an 8,000-square-foot fitness center, a group exercise studio, and community rooms.
