The Assistant Executive Steward is responsible for ensuring compliance with Board of Health and OSHA Standards and Regulations within their assigned areas. This role involves managing and overseeing the performance of Team Members, including setting schedules, coaching, and counseling, while adhering to Station Casinos' policies and disciplinary steps. The Assistant Executive Steward is also tasked with conducting training on policies, procedures, chemical usage, and ware washing techniques. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, communicating department activities to management, participating in budget creation, and managing cost controls. The position requires ensuring proper requisitioning, production, fabrication, and quality of products, as well as maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and good working order of kitchens and equipment in compliance with various regulations.
