As Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager, you are the right hand to the Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM), helping lead the kitchen and keep operations running at a high level every day. You partner closely with the EKM to support all back-of-house operations, ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency, and food safety. You play a key role in developing and coaching the kitchen team, reinforcing standards, and driving strong execution on every shift. From supporting inventory and cost awareness to maintaining organization and flow in the kitchen, you help ensure the team is set up for success. With a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence, you contribute to building a high-performing kitchen and a culture that takes pride in great food and great execution. This role is a critical step in growing into a top kitchen leader within Din Tai Fung.
