About The Position

Silver Creek by Bonaventure is seeking an engaged and dedicated Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in leading their senior living community to success. The ideal candidate is a well-organized leader with excellent time management and prioritization skills. They must also have experience in sales and marketing, business office management experience, and a passion for exceptional customer support. This position is critical to leading the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
  • Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
  • English language required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Secondary Education is preferred but not required.
  • CPR Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure resident & family satisfaction.
  • Direct supervision of department heads and other staff members.
  • Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Human resources and business office duties.
  • Census development.
  • Financial oversight.
  • Compliance with state regulations.
  • Promote, direct, and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Lead census development.
