About The Position

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Assistant Estimator in Newington, New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for someone with a construction background who wants to learn the estimating side of commercial construction and grow into a long-term career. You will work directly alongside an experienced estimator to learn bidding, takeoffs, project coordination, and the administrative side of construction.

Requirements

• Construction background or general knowledge of commercial construction preferred
• Strong interest in learning estimating and project administration
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing estimates and bid packages
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Help gather pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Learn construction estimating software and office applications
• Organize project files and maintain documentation
• Support daily office and estimating operations
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
