Requirements

• Construction experience or general knowledge of commercial construction preferred
• Strong interest in learning estimating, bidding, and project administration
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing project estimates and bid packages
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Help obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Learn industry-leading estimating software and office systems
• Organize project files and maintain accurate documentation
• Support daily estimating and office operations
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
