About The Position

Imagine a better future for all of us - and a better future for you. For our MEP team, we are looking for an Assistant Electrical Design Engineer. You will support the implementation of national and international projects for the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, collaborating with experienced designers and multidisciplinary WSP teams. In this role, you will participate in the development of design documentation, preparation of technical solutions, and interdisciplinary coordination, developing your competencies under the guidance of experts. Possibility of remote, hybrid, or stationary work in our Warsaw office.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (electrical).
• Experience in designing electrical installations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Polish building law, standards, and industry standards.
• Knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Openness to learning and professional development.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Revit.
• Experience working in a BIM environment.

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with the design team in the implementation of electrical installation projects.
• Participation in the development of design documentation, including drawings, diagrams, and technical descriptions.
• Support in preparing technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Cooperation with teams from other industries and participation in interdisciplinary coordination.
