About The Position

As an Education Professional, you will be a vital contributor to the planning, coordination, and delivery of essential healthcare-related educational and training programs. Every day, you will actively assist in scheduling and conducting diverse healthcare training programs. You will also provide direct coordination and/or instruction in various educational initiatives, ensuring effective learning experiences for all participants. To be successful in this role, you will combine strong organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of healthcare education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups of healthcare professionals and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Other or Three (3) years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree, upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendar Program Director, scheduling/coordinating meetings as required.
  • Fellow recruitment and on-going follow-up.
  • Fellow interview arrangements, assisting during interview day.
  • Maintain ACGME ADS System updates and National GME Census (Fellow Yearly Survey) and data management and track report management.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the ACGME continued accreditation site visit process and Baylor GME internal review process.
  • Maintain monthly resident and fellow rotation list.
