Assistant Drive Up & Go Supervisor
About The Position
This role is for an Assistant eCommerce Manager who will be the wizard behind the online grocery platform, ensuring customers have a magical shopping experience. The mission involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and conjuring up strategies to boost online sales. The individual will assist the eCommerce Manager in running the show, address customer inquiries, dive into data to uncover trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed efficiently.
