About The Position

The Assistant eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the online grocery platform to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. This role involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and developing strategies to increase online sales. Key duties include assisting the eCommerce Manager, addressing customer inquiries, analyzing data for trends, preparing performance reports, and leading a team of in-store shoppers to ensure efficient order picking and packing.
