About The Position

This role is for an eCommerce Manager who will spearhead online grocery operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, collaborating with various departments, and crafting innovative strategies to boost online sales. The manager will ensure customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience, resolve customer inquiries, analyze sales data to identify trends, prepare insightful performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
