About The Position

Assists with the day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the dock and salvage workforce to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities. Provides direction, job training, development, and support of dock and salvage team members concerning the proper and safe handling of goods, leading to increased revenues for GWH mission services funding.

• Ensures alignment and consistency of all aspects of dock and salvage operations, including SOPs, Reference Guides, job descriptions, performance evaluations, observation
