The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI) is the State planning agency for criminal justice, juvenile justice, traffic safety, and victim services. ICJI is designated as the State Administering Agency for the distribution of federal funds, and as the State Statistical Analysis Center for research. The Assistant Division Director is responsible for assisting the Director with overseeing the administration of Youth and Drug and Crime Control grant funding throughout the entire life cycle of grants. The position will be responsible for managing and monitoring federal and state grants to ensure consistency in following federal, state and CJI policies. The Assistant Division Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the division and its staff. The position will supervise and train grant management staff. Key skills would be organization and attention to detail.
