Requirements

Valid driver’s license, dependable automobile, liability insurance, and a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced work environment.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to repeatedly lift boxes and bundles weighing up to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work varied days and hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
GED or High School Diploma required.
Pre-employment background and substance use screening is required.

Management experience or leadership skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Distribute and handle daily and non-daily products for carriers, haulers, retailers, and consumers.
Unload and load trucks containing print publications.
Open the distribution center and prepare for independent contractor arrivals by printing, organizing, and distributing required reports and paperwork.
Use industry-specific software to complete reporting and support operational needs.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
Complete required documentation and reports as needed.
Assist with deliveries and help resolve subscriber service issues.
Maintain and repair news racks throughout the assigned distribution area.
Support the training of Product Handlers or Product Coordinators as needed.
