The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director, aiming to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility for the school. This role involves assisting in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Key aspects include ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents, sparking imagination, building self-esteem, and helping children discover new things daily. The Assistant Director is also expected to promote a positive image of the company, play a major role in making the company a provider of choice, recruit, select, and retain quality staff, and contribute to the company's profitability.
