Benchmark's Birth to Three program is involved in all aspects of care for the youngest among us. Children’s Services help babies and toddlers with disabilities or delays learn new skills that typically develop during the first three years of life including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The Assistant Director will assist with the operational functions of the Birth to Three Program. Support program development through staff training, assessment of the needs of families and providers, and serve as active participant in the early intervention community. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Oversee the program in Director’s absence.
