Founded in 2017, Three Ten sets itself apart from traditional merchandising by offering clients an elevated and specialized branding experience. We work with some of the world’s largest Artists & Brands with projects that include music, sports, entertainment IP, experiential, retail stores and pop-up shops. In 2024, Three Ten became a part of the Sony Music Entertainment Group. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Design to continue to elevate our product.

Responsibilities

  • Research and create mood boards & trend boards with a heavy focus on retail trends
  • Strategize and execute merchandise concepts for various clients within the tour, E-comm, and retail distribution channels.
  • Thoroughly research client's history and current events prior to starting each project to provide accurate and insightful design direction.
  • Develop design and sketches in our graphic software and systems.
  • Review all projects thoroughly to ensure all aspects of each brief have been addressed and that all artwork is either original or have been cleared for use.
  • Create production ready tech packs in timely and detailed manner including specific color, techniques and sizing.
  • Work with the Creative Director to partner with in-house and freelance artists to develop product lines
  • Participate in meetings internal and client-facing
  • Design social media marketing assets for client
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assignments at the highest level of quality.
  • Create and uphold brand design style guides.
  • Needs to work well both independently and with a team with excellent follow through and self-initiative.
