About The Position

The Assistant Director is responsible for ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards. They foster an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents, sparking imagination, building self-esteem, and helping children discover new things daily. The role also involves promoting the positive image of the company, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and contributing to the company's profitability.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have previous leadership experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements

Responsibilities
