Assistant Director, Servicing Strategy & Analytics
About The Position
The Assistant Director, Servicing Strategy & Analytics will apply analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to develop and execute business cases for major company initiatives or ensure performance excellence. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, Product, and BI teams to ensure necessary systems and data are in place for continuous improvement. The position involves leading an analytic team using the latest analytic tools in coding and AI. The Assistant Director is responsible for partnering with senior leaders, colleagues, product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data-driven strategies, becoming a subject matter expert in servicing and loss mitigation, leading a team of analysts, identifying and tracking key organizational drivers and transactions, driving large analytical initiatives to improve operational and transaction profitability, and communicating insights and visualizations using AI and software like Snowflake Streamlit, Sigma, and PPT. The role also involves leveraging emerging technologies and critical thinking to innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science
- 4+ years’ experience in business analytics or strategy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and add financial value in prior roles
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Ability to write SQL, advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities
- Partnering collaboratively with senior leaders, colleagues, product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data driven strategies
- Becoming the subject matter expert for servicing and loss mitigation from process flow, data and reporting infrastructure and strategic decisioning
- Leading and managing a team of analysts in project execution
- Identifying, tracking, and forecasting main drivers and transactions of the organization
- Driving large analytical initiatives to reveal step-change improvements in operational and transaction profitability of the business
- Effectively communicating concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing AI and software such as Snowflake Streamlit, Sigma, and PPT
- Leveraging emerging technologies and critical thinking skills to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting
