The Assistant Director, Working Professional Recruitment is part of the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) unit in the Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) at Vanderbilt University. This role is a key individual contributor responsible for assisting in the development and execution of innovative strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll students in full-time and part-time graduate management education programs targeted specifically at working professionals. This role manages key components of the working professional recruitment lifecycle and collaborates with various departments, both internal and external to OGSM, to achieve enrollment goals while enhancing the school's brand presence in the professional community. The Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) is a professional school at Vanderbilt University, located in Nashville, Tennessee, focused on graduate-level business education.
