Baylor University, a Christian research university with a rich history, is seeking an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. This role provides comprehensive support for ticket operations, sales, and fundraising within Baylor Athletics. The position involves assisting in the sales, distribution, and accounting of all tickets for Baylor Athletic events, ensuring a leading ticketing and customer service experience for all fans and partners. The Assistant Director will also play a key role in managing renewals, online sales, inventory, and game day operations, while contributing to the training of new staff and maintaining accurate ticket records in compliance with institutional and NCAA policies.
