About The Position

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking an Assistant Director of Technology, Innovation & Data. This role will support the execution of the resort’s technology, innovation, and data strategy. The position involves overseeing the day-to-day operation and performance of technology systems and infrastructure, leading technology projects, upgrades, and implementations, and monitoring cybersecurity practices. The role also supports data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives, collaborates with operational teams for technology-driven improvements, and drives innovation to enhance guest and employee experiences. Additionally, the Assistant Director will manage vendor relationships and mentor technology team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Information Technology within luxury hospitality or a comparable service-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel technology systems, networks, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience leading technology projects and system implementations.
• Understanding of data analytics, reporting platforms, and data governance practices.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to drive business success.
