About The Position

The primary responsibility is to assist in leading and supervising the sales team, oversee the day-to-day-sales activities, implement action plans and accomplish goals and set targets, both short and long range. Assistant Director of Sales will be responsible for targeted effort in existing and new markets and performing the following duties personally and through strategic and effective leadership of the sales team. The Associate Director of Sales is a senior member of the sales team whose function is not just sales but to provide managerial level support to the Director of Sales (DOS) and to lead the junior members of the team by example. This role will perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Ability to incorporate an integrated and structured approach toward developing an environment that fosters success.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience as Assistant Director, Sr. or National Sales Manager or other on property sales leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and perform a variety of duties with extreme care and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Travel for the Company on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of LMS, Delphi FDC or equivalent.
