The Complex Assistant Director of Sales has direct oversight of the sales operations of the hotel. The CADOS and CDOS are a team with responsibility to maximize profit, expand business relationships with targeted prospects and large clients; Develops and implements strategy, sales plan, budgets, and forecasts for overall business development, oversee group and transient sales. The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week. MUST HAVE PRIOR MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE. Manage all aspects of the sales division. Provide the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and optimal revenue growth. Lead a talented sales team that makes the vision reality. Collaborate with Finance to ensure the division’s sales plan is on budget to meet or exceed revenue expectations and profit goals.
