About The Position

Conrad Orlando at Evermore is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to join their team. This role is part of a highly anticipated 2024 opening, situated within the Evermore Orlando Resort, adjacent to Walt Disney World. The resort boasts a 1,100-acre property with a 20-acre tropical beach and an 8-acre lagoon. The stunning resort features 433 rooms, including suites, 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and six food and beverage outlets. The Assistant Director of Sales will oversee a team of 2 Sales Managers and 1 team administrator, manage a west coast sales region, and will be based on-site at Conrad Orlando. This position requires approximately 60% sales and 40% team leadership. Overnight or weekend travel is required 4-5 times per year.

Requirements

• Strong group sales experience.
• Solid understanding of luxury group dynamics.
• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Sales Manager or higher.
• Experience within a full-service resort of 200 rooms or more.
