About The Position
Diablo Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist) to join our exceptional rehab team! This is a Full-Time position.
Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of function.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and oversight of the rehabilitation department.
- Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Support staff development, scheduling, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and quality standards.
- Promote exceptional patient care and customer service.
