Assistant Director Of Rehab Ridgecrest Health and Rehabilitation is looking for an ADOR to join our wonderful team! Requirements
- Current PT,PTA ,OT,OTA
- Current CPR
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supervising day-to-day rehabilitation operations
- Provide clinical guidance and support to therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, assistants, and aides)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies
- Monitor patient care delivery and outcomes to ensure high standards of treatment
- Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with documentation audits and quality assurance initiatives
- Support department budget management, resource allocation, and supply procurement
- Step into direct patient care responsibilities as needed
