The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Engagement serves as the initial point of contact for prospective applicants/students who call, email, or visit the School of Law. They are responsible for counseling prospective students; implementing and running in-person visit programs; coordinating and managing two admitted student days; reviewing application files and making admission recommendations; coordinating registration and shipping materials for recruitment events; traveling nationally for recruitment events; serving as secondary database ( UNITE and SLATE ) processor and manager; and directing the Carolina Law Ambassadors program. The Assistant Director reports to the Assistant Dean for Admissions and works closely with them on the overall efforts to recruit, admit, and enroll students to the School of Law who help us pursue and meet our mission.
