About The Position
The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance, service delivery, and financial outcomes of a large, multi‑site facilities portfolio. This role provides senior leadership across day‑to‑day operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and client satisfaction, ensuring consistent execution of contractual obligations and ABM operational standards. The Assistant Director of Operations oversees operational and engineering leadership teams, drives performance metrics, manages budgets, and serves as the primary escalation point for complex operational, personnel, and client matters.
