About The Position
The Assistant Director of Nursing (Clinical Director) is responsible for helping ensure the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. The role monitors nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, and ensures nursing activities comply with federal, state, and local standards. Flexible hours are required.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of MDS and current federal and state regulations for long-term care.
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- CPR certification.
