About The Position

Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their nurse leadership team. This role is for a nurse looking to advance their career by mentoring, training, and educating a team of caregivers, while also coordinating and overseeing patient care. Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across various locations in Wisconsin. Their core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements

  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing

  • wound care certification is preferred

Responsibilities

  • supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
  • oversee infection prevention
