Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- 3-5 years of Home Health experience (required)
- 2+ years of Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and clinical operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- AHCA Level 2 background screening completion
Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and patient care delivery
- Help ensure compliance with Medicare, AHCA, and agency regulations
- Support implementation of agency goals, quality initiatives, and performance standards
- Participate in staffing decisions and personnel assignments
- Provide guidance and support to clinicians in the field
- Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
- Serve as a resource for problem-solving and patient care concerns
- Help maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
- Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively according to physician orders and plans of care
- Support regulatory readiness and compliance efforts
