We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our Director of Nursing in leading clinical excellence, developing staff, and creating a positive environment where residents and employees thrive.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
- 2 to 5 years experience in Management
- Valid and current Colorado RN License.

- Leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative leader who values teamwork, integrity, and resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Nursing Department and assist the Director of Nursing in achieving clinical and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure high-quality resident care through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical oversight.
- Assist with staffing, orientation, performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
- Support survey readiness, infection prevention, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Step into the Director of Nursing role when needed.
