About The Position

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partners with the Director of Nursing in leading clinical excellence, developing staff, and creating a positive environment where residents and employees thrive. This role supports the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring high-quality resident care through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical oversight. The ADON will also assist with staffing, orientation, performance management, and employee development, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes. Support for survey readiness, infection prevention, and quality assurance initiatives is also a key part of this role, with the ability to step into the Director of Nursing role when needed.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
2 to 5 years experience in Management
Valid and current Colorado RN License.
