Assistant Director of Nursing

The Assistant Director will coordinate aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. You will contribute to ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Assistant Director of Nursing Services supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources. Crestwood Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Angwin, amidst the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley. The facility provides a versatile array of classes for clients to participate in during their recovery program and encourages active participation in treatment planning from the moment of admission.
Requirements
- Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psych Tech (LPT).
- CPR and first aid certified.
- Meet all applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, psychosocial, PSR, and recovery principles.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
