About The Position
Diversicare is seeking a registered nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing at its Larned location. The role provides nursing leadership, supports the quality and regulatory compliance of patient care, and contributes to the development and performance of the nursing department. The Assistant Director of Nursing oversees staffing and training initiatives, leads quality improvement efforts, and helps advance care for patients and residents. Requirements
- Current RN license issued by a State Board of Nursing.
- At least three years of nursing experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
