Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current State License as Registered Nurse.
• CPR Certified.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory/ADON role.
• Knowledge of LARA Regulations, as well as State and Federal regulations.
• Basic business computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness of nursing care and personnel performance.
• Maintain knowledge of State and Federal health regulations and clinical standards of practice.
• Uphold knowledge of nursing standards and delivery systems, supervision, management, staff development, quality assurance, and infection control practices.
• Display a positive professional image and enhance positive public relations for the facility.
