Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Utah
- Minimum one year of successful nursing experience in a skilled nursing/ long-term care facility
- Genuine love & concern for the geriatric population!
- Extraordinary attention-to-detail, capable of directing other people and managing schedules
- Excellent communication skills, expert at working cooperatively as a member of team
- Flexible and decisive, responding quickly in high-pressure situations and completing work in a timely , accurate manner
- Solid basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and discipline.
- Oversee daily nursing care delivery across all units.
- Ensure care plans are implemented and updated appropriately.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Address and resolve clinical issues such as falls, wounds, and infections.
- Help manage staffing schedules and coverage.
