PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing to lead a team that is caring for the needs of our clients in your local area. This role requires a leader who can provide leadership, direction, and support to our team caring for the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly with coordinated care to ensure clients remain healthy and safe at home. We utilize excellent caregivers and innovative technology to support our clients in living full lives within their communities.

Requirements

Must hold an RN license in good standing.
At least 1 year of home care leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
Provides guidance and counseling to the Branch to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through organization personnel.
Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
Assures the quality and safe delivery of home care services provided through the organization.
Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for the purpose of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal law.
Conducts performance evaluations of all Clinical employees with input from the Administrator.
