About The Position
Golden Years, a skilled nursing facility located in Hamilton, OH, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, energetic, strong, and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the exceptional nursing services delivered to residents daily.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute, long-term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Ability to follow all established Federal, State, and Local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Assist in the direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
- Implement nursing services and resolve resident issues.
- Staffing and scheduling for the facility.
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
