Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of 3 years experience in nursing, preferably in a long-term care or similar setting.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising nursing staff.
Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and standards of care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in budgeting, staffing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Address and resolve patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.
Promote a safe and positive work environment for all staff members.
