Oak River Rehab is seeking an outstanding Registered Nurse to help lead our nursing team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing clinical operations
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Promote quality care and positive resident outcomes
- Participate in staff education and performance improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion
