About The Position
The primary role of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, coordinating, mentoring, training, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department. This role ensures compliance with current federal, state, and company regulations to provide the highest quality of care.
Requirements
- RN License
- Skilled nursing facility experience
- Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
- 2-3 years of Nurse Management experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Teamwork skills
- Organizational skills
- Successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.
Responsibilities
