About The Position
We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team! Harmony Cedar Rapids is looking to invest in an Assistant Director of Nursing by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience managing a nursing department
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience
