Assistant Director of Nursing-LTC/Memory Care

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) with the day-to-day inspiration and motivation to create clinical and administrative oversight leading to superior levels of care and compassion that every one of our residents deserves in our 70-bed long term care and memory care building. Additionally, this position would have oversight for our MDS, wound care program as well as our Quality Assurance program. Requirements
- Graduate of approved RN program
- Five years in geriatric and/or post acute care nursing
- At least 3 years in supervisory/management nursing role
- Current RN licensure in good standing in the State of Arizona
- CPR and 1st Aid certification required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from accredited college or university preferred
- At least 1 year experience in memory care preferred
