About The Position
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will assist the Wellness Director with all scheduling needs and work directly with them. This role requires the ability to create schedules for all areas of the nursing department and collaborate with the entire nursing team. The ADON will also be responsible for filling open positions on the schedule using creative methods. Strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and excellent communication and people skills are essential. The position also requires the ability to be on-call.
Requirements
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Should have great 'people skills'.
- Appropriate license (LPN).
Nice To Haves
- Recent experience as an ADON in an assisted living community preferred.
- LPN CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Wellness Director with all scheduling needs.

- Fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods.
- Be available to be on-call.
