About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and administer all aspects of the management, maintenance, and scheduling of the entire Kenan Stadium Complex. This position will assist upper management with the finances of the Kenan Stadium Complex. This includes the Kenan Football Center, Kenan Field House, North Boxes, Press/South Boxes, Lounges, Pope Academic Center, Concession areas, restrooms, and the surrounding buildings and grounds. This position will be responsible for all related budgetary, purchasing, and accounting programs. This position will direct the work of Athletic Facilities Workers and Housekeepers, as well as maintenance mechanics and temporary employees when required, in the Kenan Stadium Complex. This position will be responsible for the scheduling of all Facilities Services work done in this complex as well as the oversight or supervision of work done by outside contractors.

Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends during sport season, and during special events.
