About The Position
The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life plays a key role in advancing Tennessee Tech’s fraternity and sorority community by supporting chapter leadership, advising governing councils, and promoting values‑based engagement. This position focuses on leadership development, membership growth, and collaborative partnerships that elevate the visibility, vitality, and positive impact of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Through intentional training, advising, and coordinated initiatives, the Assistant Director helps cultivate an inclusive, responsible, and student‑centered fraternal experience that supports student success and aligns with institutional priorities.
